After Twitter and Facebook have to some extend enabled and supported the peaceful revolution in Egypt, the Internet continues to go mainstream: in Berlin the Pirate Party has gained 8.9 percent of the votes for the parliament of the city state Berlin, Germany. The Pirate Party and its global network is winning more and more traction representing views of the generation 2.0.
